Payments

Payment of the deposit or invoice, or any part thereof, is deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance by you and your travel party of the terms and conditions of your booking.

Payment is accept via BANK TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT (Australian Account holders only)
Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) - fees of 1.5% for Visa and MasterCard apply.

Any deposit paid will be accepted as part payment of the total cost of the booking.
No booking is guaranteed until payment is received.

Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Bali Retreats Pty Ltd to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.

All prices are subject to change until final payment has been made.

If for any reason a travel service provider is unable to provide the services which you have booked, your claim lies against that provider, and not against Bali Retreats Pty Ltd.
In the event that payment has been made to Bali Retreats Pty Ltd by credit card, you agree that you will not endeavour to have your bank reverse payment to Bali Retreats Pty Ltd.

Amendments

Any amendment to your booking will incur amendment fees. 
Amendments will incur a non-refundable AUD$25 fee per amendment.
An amendment to a booking may also incur a fee from the hotels or airline.
If a reissue of travel documents is required after the original documents have been issued, a non-refundable fee of AUD$25 will be charged plus any additional amendment / courier costs by the suppliers.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be notified by email. 
Fees will be charged if you cancel your booking. This includes all fees charged by suppliers up to 100% of the booking price.
Cancellation fees for each individual supplier will be listed on the invoice under booking terms and conditions.
If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.
No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.

Travel Documents

Travel documents include airline tickets, accommodation vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document, whether in electronic form or otherwise, used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including being non-refundable, non-date changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use.

All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised and confirmed by you at the time of booking.

Passport

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities is your sole responsibility.
All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return.

Health

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please check with your local doctor or specialist vaccination clinic.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by Bali Retreats Pty Ltd and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs And Trade for all overseas travel. 
Bali Retreats Pty Ltd is a representative of QBE Travel Insurance, which is an Australian Company offering 24 hour assistance 7 days a week.

Agency

Bali Retreats acts as an agent for travel service providers. Bali Retreats have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. Bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not Bali Retreats. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with Bali Retreats.

Warranties

The accommodation is provided without any representatives or warranties express or implied. Neither Bali Retreats Pty Ltd nor its principal makes any representatives or warranties in relation to the accommodation which you have booked.

Liability

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Scope of Service

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all information displayed on our website is accurate; considerable information is accessed from our suppliers and we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults.

We reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time.

Information regarding the properties and services listed on our website is provided to us by the individual hotels or suppliers, including descriptions, facilities and visual images. Therefore we are not responsible for any variance in quality from the information supplied to us by the hotel or supplier.

In case of any problems, our Customer Service will use reasonable efforts to assist you and act as a point of contact with the supplier.

Privacy Policy

As you browse Bali Retreats website third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information so that we can better understand what you are interested in. Marketing agencies can use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number.
