The Bali Retreats team has put together an information guide that provides you with valuable tips to ensure you get the most out of your holiday. These tips are personally collated, tried and tested, not based on advertising dollars like most guide books. Regularly updated we take the time to let you know the hot bars, great restaurants, spas, drivers and nannies. It's a tough job researching for you but some one has to do it!

Bali Assistance

The Bali Retreats team in Bali are there to help you should you need them while on holidays. On call 9am - 5pm daily, they can assist you with accessing the following services.

To take the hassle out of travelling we can book the following additional services.

VIP Fast Track through Immigration

There is nothing worse than getting off an international flight to see a packed arrivals hall. For an additional fee of AUD$40 per person, you will be fast tracked through immigration. An airport representative (not some dodgy guy that someone has told you about) will meet you as you pass through the first arrivals hall, and escort you through the airport until the introduction to your driver.

The process

The assistant will meet you at aerobridge and take your passport & VOA (Visa On Arrival) payment of USD$25 per person.

The assistant will then arrange the clearance formalities including VOA with immigration.

You proceed directly to baggage claim (avoiding the hideous long queue during peak periods), where you will be assisted to locate your baggage and clear customs.

Once customs is cleared you will be escorted to meet the your driver outside the arrival terminal hall.

Cost per person is AUD$40

Please note there is no discount for children or infants

Transfers

Bali Retreats can arrange all your transfer needs either to and from the airport to your accommodation or between hotels as you visit different areas of Bali. Your transfers are paid for before you leave so there is no need to have Indonesian Rupiah currency the moment you arrive!

Inter island transfers between Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Gili Islands and Lombok can also be arranged using fast services boats. We arrange the pick up from your hotel to the harbour to ensure it is smooth sailing!

Departing Like a VIP

Flights returning to Australia often are late evening departures. We use the airport departure lounge to shower and have a snack prior to getting on the plane. By the time you purchase food and drink in the terminal the cost is similar and at least you have a quiet place to chill before boarding.

For smokers there is a large outdoor terrace. Relax with a complimentary range of beverages including wine and beer, hot and cold food buffet, internet workstations, cable TV and access to bathroom facilities with showers. No doubt you will be feeling sad leaving Bali, so at least make the end of your holiday stress-free too!

Maximum use of Lounge is 3 (Three) hours and usage over that period of time will incur a surcharge
