Deposit

1-3 nights: Full Payment is required within 7 days.
4 nights or more: A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required within 7 days.
Check in within 30 days: Full payment is required immediately.

The deposit will be accepted as part payment of the total cost.
No bookings will be guaranteed until a deposit is received.

Variations to the outlined deposit requirements may occur on some properties for which you will be advised at the time of invoicing.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in date.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Bali Retreats Pty Ltd to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.

All prices are subject to change until final payment has been made, due to currency fluctuations.

Amendments

Any amendment to your booking will incur amendment fees.
Amendments will incur a non-refundable AUD$25 fee per amendment.
An amendment to a booking may also incur a fee from the hotels or airline.
If a reissue of travel documents is required after the original documents have been issued, a non-refundable fee of AUD$25 will be charged plus any additional amendment / courier costs by the suppliers.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be notified by email.
Fees will be charged if you cancel your booking. This includes all fees charged by suppliers up to 100% of the booking price.
Cancellation fees for each individual supplier will be listed on the invoice under booking terms and conditions.
If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.
No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in.

Payments

BANK TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT (Australian Account holders only)

Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

Credit card fees of 1.5% for Visa and MasterCard apply.
Bali Retreats Pty Ltd requires a credit card authority form, signed and faxed/emailed back to our office.Payments can also be made by phone.

If for any reason a travel service provider is unable to provide the services which you have booked, your claim lies against that provider, and not against Bali Retreats Pty Ltd. In the event that payment has been made to Bali Retreats Pty Ltd by credit card, you agree that you will not endeavour to have your bank reverse payment to Bali Retreats Pty Ltd.

Passport

All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by Bali Retreats Pty Ltd and the Department of Foreign Affairs And Trade for all overseas travel.
Bali Retreats Pty Ltd is a representative of QBE Travel Insurance which is an Australian Company who offers 24 hour assistance 7 days a week.

Agency

Bali Retreats Pty Ltd is a licensed travel agent and participant with The Travel Compensation Fund (TCF). By booking your travel through a licensed travel agent your money is protected.

Bali Retreats Pty Ltd acts only as an agent for those who provide services related to booking of transport, accommodation and other services. We sell various travel related services on behalf of other service providers. Bali Retreats Pty Ltd obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between yourself and a specific travel service provider. Bali Retreats Pty Ltd has no responsibility for these services and we do not make or give any warranty of representation regarding their services. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the service provider used.

Warranties

The accommodation is provided without any representatives or warranties, express or implied. Neither Bali Retreats Pty Ltd nor its principal makes any representatives or warranties in relation to the accommodation which you have booked.

Liability

Neither Bali Retreats Pty Ltd nor its principal will be liable to you in relation to any loss (including consequential loss), injury, damage, delay, additional expense, inconvenience of loss of enjoyment caused directly or unavoidably indirectly in any event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, suffered by you during your stay at the relevant accommodation. You accept that, as a limited entity, Bali Retreats Pty Ltd has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers, employees and principal. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against Bali Retreats' Pty Ltd officers, employees or principal in respect of any losses you may suffer in connection with your booking.
