Meanwhile, world-renowned Uluwatu surfing beach is literally next door, and Bali's famous Padang Padang beach is only two kilometers away. You can check the surf at Racetracks from the comfort of your own private Uluwatu villa, or on a clear day watch the sunset over Java from your own secluded terrace.

Villa Dragonfly

Villa Dragonfly is the quintessential Balinese hideaway. Architecturally designed to blend in with Uluwatu's natural splendour, Villa Dragonfly's terraced levels follow the contours of the land and blends in with its surrounds. The property is a truly self-contained safe haven, with swimming pool, entertaining decks, rooftop BBQ terrace, and Bose Lifestyle stereo system.

The Villa staff are on hand to cater to your needs. Breakfast is included and a chef can be arranged with advance notice.

Villa Dragonfly rates include arrival airport transfers, and has a fulltime driver available at an economical daily rate.

Villa Dragonfly is actually two Uluwatu villas spread across one property that can be rented separately or together, depending on your needs, making it the perfect choice for large groups or extended families.

Dragonfly One

This main villa features three a/c bedrooms and three full baths, a large fully-equipped modern style kitchen, patio and barbecue. It is in two separate 'wings', the main wing is situated near the communal meeting and dining areas with one bedroom and bathroom. While the second wing stands as a separate pavilion with 2 bedrooms and bathrroms and is located with access direct to the 15 meter lap pool, and lush private garden.

Dragonfly Two

Features one bedroom and full outdoor garden bathroom, living and dining room, a terrace overlooking the ocean. The walled enclosure is complete with a private garden including a water lily and lotus pond.

It has its own self contained kitchen, lounge area and is set in its own private garden.

On a clear day you can watch the sunset over Java and the ocean from the terraces of either villa.

The locals at Ulu's will love to sell you a sarong or tee shirt but if are after boutiques 30 mins - 1 hr
