Wow, The Villa was sensational, the staff exceptional, food absolutely delicious.

We always find the Balinese very accommodating, and the Villa staff were no exception - they could not do enough for us and were happy to do anything we asked. They shopped for us, cooked for us and served us, all without fuss and ado and without being intrusive. This really made our stay that much more enjoyable and sooooooo relaxing.

Travelling with such a large group, the organisation and planning that is required can sometimes be a 'trial and tribulation' but thanks to you and your staff at Bali Retreats this trip was a breeze for us.

Thank you for all your ideas and assistance with our trip. The extra miles you put in for us were really appreciated. After all these years of travelling to Indonesia, we have all decided that Villa holidays for us are the way to go from now on.

All in all it was the best Birthday Bash ever.

Hi Kyle and Lorraine

Gary and I wanted to say a massive thank you for our Bali holiday. Everything you organised for us went really smoothly.

Lorraine, your suggestion of "Acacia Bungalows" was fantastic. We absolutely loved the Villa and it was everything you described it to be. Ketut, Komang and Komang were extremely helpful. The food was amazing. Thanks also for the suggestion of a Manicure and Pedicure at Mick's Place. Lorraine, you are right, it is an amazing experience. The view is just amazing and I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time. We also loved the outdoor shower and it was a novelty to have a frog at your feet when you were having a shower. Gary bought me a "frog" charm for my Pandora bracelet as a reminder of our time at Bingin.

The Royal Beach Seminyak was also really nice. The service was exceptional and they did put us in a renovated Deluxe Room.

Ketut, the driver, was full of useful information. He was always on time (we used him a few times).

We used lots of your suggestions of places to visit. The Spanish restaurant/bar near Bingin El Krabon was fantastic.

We will definitely use your services again. I've already told my friends about "Bali Retreats" and have thanked Tim and Karen for passing on your details to us.

Hi Megan , Kyle & Lorraine

Just a quick email to let you guys know that Rob and I had the most awesome holiday experience we have ever had in Bali staying at the Pondok Pitaya in Balian.

All the staff including amazing Ketut ( what a great ambassador for Bali he is ) were faultless.

I would like to give them all a very big thank you and to yourselves for the seamless effort and arrangements to organise our week there in July this year.

We have raved to everyone that would appreciate Balian, just how wonderful it is and there are a few more coming over with us in 2012 for our 50ths birthdays.

So thank you again for your help and I will email you as soon as I have our details so we can get the ball rolling.

Hi Jon,

Just got back from my trip to Bali (literally a couple hours ago)! I met Lorraine when she was visiting the Temple Lodge and took a couple pics. Anyway just wanted to say that it was great and that thanks to all the tips you guys gave me it was a pleasure to discover the Bukit. All tips were up to date and even some locals didn't know about them! Great terrain job guys, thumbs up all the way!!
